Join us for the return of the Hertfordshire Half Marathon on Sunday 22nd November 2020! Now with a 10k option too!
*Due to the Coronavirus and social distancing measures enforced by the government alongside guidance issued by Run Britain we have had to make some changes to the event village and race itself. This popular ROAD CLOSED half marathon starts and finishes in front of the iconic Knebworth House with the course taking participants around the beautiful surrounding rural roads.
Knebworth House is a grade II listed house set in acres of beautiful gardens and parkland. Knebworth House has welcomed many music artists for major open air concerts, including Robbie Williams, Oasis, Led Zepellin and Red Hot Chilli Peppers. The grounds are home to popular tourist attractions including an adventure playground and dinosaur trail.
Included in the entry is a themed medal, t-shirt, refreshments and much more!

Knebworth House & Park are accessed direct from the Junction 7 roundabout of the A1(M) motorway at Stevenage South, 29 miles north of London. There are signs on both carriageways of the motorway. Plenty of free parking. If you are using a Sat Nav system use the post code of the Stevenage Novotel at Junction 7 – SG1 2AX – not the Knebworth House post code.

The nearest rail station is Stevenage, two miles Knebworth Park. There is a taxi rank at the station. Non-stop Inter-City and local services run to Stevenage station from London’s Kings Cross station around every 30 minutes. There are also frequent Inter-City connections on the East Coast main line from Cambridge, York, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Rail information.

There will be mile markers, arrows and marshals along the course to keep you on track. There will be three water stations at miles 3.5, 7.5 & 10 as well as at the finish.
